In 2020, Nanjing Zhongneng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics subordinate research institutes jointly set up Nanjing Flying Eagle Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. specialising in tethered unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and related system products research and development and production, and participated in a number of military and civilian tethered UAV projects. In the same year, the company successively launched a number of standard series of products covering flight altitudes of 55-330m and take-off weights of 5-60kg, and realised mass production and sales. ......

In 2020, Nanjing Zhongneng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics subordinate research institutes jointly established Nanjing Flying Eagle Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. specialising in tethered unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and related system products research and development and production, and participated in a number of military and civilian tethered UAV projects. In the same year, the company successively launched a number of standard series of products covering flight altitude of 55~330m and take-off weight of 5~100kg, and realised batch production and sales.

From 2022 to 2024, the design and development of tethered power supply systems for DJI's industry application-grade UAVs was started, followed by the launch of a series of tethered UAV products, such as the Mavic3, Matrice4, Matrice4D, Matrice30, Matrice300/350, Mat rice400, FlyCart30, FlyCart100, etc. This series of products is small in size and light in weight.
